The following is a legally binding contract
This will only be shown to admin, and not published on the site. It is a criminal offence to fill it out with false information.
After you fill out the contract, you will be redirected the PEA upload page. There will be a link to download a blank PEA template if you do not have one.
The PEA you upload there is just for fun, and will be displayed on the gallery. The pea, cannot be removed from the gallery, unless you pay.

You must wait for your ID to upload, then click submit. Wait 30 seconds and you will be redirected to the PEA upload page.
Do not sign the contract multiple times, if the page does not redirect you. Contact admin to get your PEA added to the gallery.
Signing multiple contracts will trigger the script to freeze your account for spamming.
