You may not post content that:

4.2 Slurs and Degrading Language

• Racial, ethnic, religious, homophobic, transphobic, or other discriminatory slurs
• Derogatory or demeaning language targeting protected groups
• Language that dehumanizes, objectifies, or degrades any person or group
• Gendered slurs or sexually degrading terminology (including but not limited to terms like “bitch,” “slut,” “whore,” “cunt,” or similar terms)

4.3 Harassment and Bullying

• Content that harasses, threatens, intimidates, or bullies any individual or group
• Content that encourages others to harass or target specific individuals
• Doxing or sharing personal information without consent
• Coordinated harassment or brigading

5. ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AND SUBSTANCES

• Content that promotes, instructs in, or facilitates illegal activities
• Content depicting or promoting the use, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Content promoting or facilitating the illegal sale of prescription medications
• Content depicting or promoting the use of drugs or alcohol in a manner that glorifies substance abuse
• Content that provides detailed instructions for committing crimes

6. TERRORISM AND EXTREMISM

• Content that promotes, supports, or glorifies terrorist organizations or acts
• Extremist propaganda or recruitment materials
• Content inciting mass violence or targeting specific groups for violence
• Content depicting graphic violence for the purpose of promoting extremist ideologies

7. MISLEADING AND FRAUDULENT CONTENT

• Content containing false or misleading information intended to deceive
• Impersonation of other individuals, brands, or organizations
• Phishing attempts or fraudulent schemes
• Misleading health or medical information that could cause harm
• Deepfakes or manipulated media presented as authentic without clear disclosure

8. USER SAFETY, REPORTING, AND PRIVACY TOOLS

This platform provides a defined set of safeguards so every member understands how to report violations, block unwanted contact, and manage the visibility of personal information.

8.1 Reporting Posts and Images

• Every post, gallery item, and media upload includes a reporting control that can be used for suspected violations or urgent legal issues.
• Each submitted report is logged with the referenced URL, reporter ID, and narrative so it can be evaluated in context.
• When multiple unique members report the same asset, the system automatically hides that content for all viewers until the review is complete.
• Content found in violation may be removed permanently, and the responsible account may be suspended or terminated without further notice.

8.2 Reporting and Blocking Other Users

• Members may report profiles for harassment, non-consensual conduct, impersonation, or any other policy breach.
• Affected users can block another member at any time. Blocking prevents the blocked party from viewing the blocker’s profile, activities, or media, sending private messages, issuing friendship requests, or mentioning the blocker anywhere on the site.
• Accounts that accumulate multiple substantiated reports are automatically restricted from logging in, posting activity, or sending private messages while the administrator reviews the case.
• Appeals may be submitted through the Contact form, but access will remain limited until the investigation concludes.

8.3 Privacy Controls

• Usernames are required for identification. All other profile fields—such as bio, location, media, or demographic details—are optional and may be edited or cleared at any time from the profile settings page.
• Members can decide whether their profile is visible to everyone, logged-in members, confirmed friends, group members, or only themselves. Attempts to view a restricted profile will redirect the requester.
• Directory and search visibility can be disabled entirely, removing the member from public listings, suggestions, and autocomplete results.
• Friendship requests can be disabled so only the account owner may initiate new connections.

8.4 Administration and Record Keeping

• All reports are reviewed directly by the site administrator, who may request additional information if needed to verify a claim.
• Audit records for reports, automated hides, and moderator actions are retained to demonstrate compliance with Australian safety and privacy obligations.
• Users who submit reports in bad faith or attempt to harass others through repeated false claims may lose access to reporting tools or the platform entirely.
